Surber ADE (pronounced like GatorADE) is an 8,000SF makers hub designed to support West Texas craftspeople, its located across from the Lowes grocery store on Hwy 67 in Marfa.

It will provide a facility where individuals can work, connect and sell their wares. The space will be divided into 8 individual studios, retail rentals, and exhibition spaces. All studios open into a 2500 square foot central exhibition area, available for rent for events ranging from art exhibits and tattoo conventions to guest lectures and movie screenings.

Each of the eight studio spaces is tailored for heavy duty work and comfort, featuring large double doors and ceilings over 12 feet high. The interiors will be decked out with hangable plywood walls, concrete floors, and sound dampening insulation between studios. Each studio is individually cooled and heated with a split unit A/C, and receives natural light through a full length skylight and an operable casement window. For crafting needs, every space is ready with 220v power and the option for 3 phase plugs, suitable for equipment like welders, kilns, or large table saws.
